Housefull 5 is one of the most eagerly awaited Bollywood films of the year. Ever since its announcement, fans have been looking forward to updates about this Sajid Nadiadwala production. With only 15 days left until the film’s release, excitement continues to grow. However, the trailer is yet to be released — a delay that has only heightened fans’ curiosity.
Trailer Launch Set for May 27
According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, the wait for the trailer is finally coming to an end. A source close to the project revealed that the trailer will be unveiled on Tuesday, May 27, during a grand event. All 19 lead actors of the film are expected to attend the launch, making it a star-studded affair.
The source added, “The makers have planned a strategic promotional campaign. They want to begin the final promotional phase ten days before the film’s release, starting with the trailer launch.”
Strategic Timing Despite Fan Concerns
Some fans have questioned why the trailer is being released so close to the release date. However, insiders say producer Sajid Nadiadwala is confident in this approach. “The teaser and songs have already created strong hype,” said the source. “The teaser showed the film’s cruise setting and hinted at a chaotic murder mystery. The songs ‘Laal Pari’ and ‘Dil E Nadaan’ showcased the film’s rich visuals and catchy music. Now, the trailer will highlight the franchise’s signature comedy.”
Promotions to Go Full Throttle from May 27
Following the trailer launch, the promotional campaign will kick into full gear. “From 27 May onwards, there will be back-to-back promotions. Expect Housefull mania across all platforms,” the source added. The film is the first Bollywood comedy franchise to reach a fifth instalment, and the team is hopeful for its success.
